"Been with State Farm for over 30 years and with Steven from the day he opened his Agency. Since day one with Steven, I have received excellent customer service from him and his office staff. Just recently I reached out to Steven regarding the increase in my monthly payment plan. Steven suggested we review my policies. Steven took the time to go over all my policies and made changes that could reduce my rate but left me confident that I was still insured correctly. Recently I sent over my defensive driving certificate and within 15 minutes Gabby replied back that it was applied. With the way customer service is lacking at many places these days...it is refreshing that Steven's office provides excellent customer service...I know Steven, Denise, Gabby and Anthony are always just a phone call away when needed. You are the BEST!!"
